Available from November to March. Fruit chutney: housemade “ketchup”, the perfect accompaniment to our Tourtière. Ingredients: tomatoes, onions, celery, apples, peaches, pears/apricots, grapes, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices.

(Artisan Balsamic Vinegars, Three types) Produced in Modena, Italy, using ancient methods, these vinegars are made from grapes only, are 100% natural and contain no additives or preservatives. Unlike many mass produced balsamic vinegars, these do not contain sugar or coloring agents.
Parthena Olive Oil
(Extra Virgin Olive Oil) This Greek olive oil is cold pressed without chemicals, from organically grown quality olives. Its fruity flavour and deep colour make for the perfect salad dressing, but we prefer to just use it as a dip for our baguette. Available in 500 ml, 750 ml or 3 litre.
