Truffle Ketchup

Nothing rivals the taste of Italian tomatoes ripened under the Mediterranean sun and seasoned with fresh, locally grown aromatics. This ketchup is made with real black truffles from Abruzzo. The Abruzzo region is world-renowned for its delicious truffles; these black summer truffles are some of the best. They have a strong flavour that pairs well with the acidity of the tomatoes in this ketchup.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (Italy), grape sugar, wine vinegar, sea salt, potato starch, summer truffle (Tuber æstivum Vitt.) 2%, natural flavouring.
