Made from flavourful pieces of crushed black olives (Leccino and Cellina di Nardň varieties) extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, thyme, and garlic.

Excellent as pasta sauce, or accompanying meat, vegetables and cheese, but also great on bruschetta and canapés.
