Flowers & Salt

Favuzzi combined Italian salt with a bouquet of fragrant flowers to create this unique, exceptional seasoning. Ideal as a finishing salt, it can be sprinkled over fresh cheese or white fish or mixed into a risotto or a bean soup.

Size: 80g.

The salt is sourced from the Trapani and Paceco nature reserve in Sicily, comprising nearly 1,000 hectares, home to salt flats for centuries. Today, the salt is still harvested partly by hand, following an ancient method, and crushed using wind energy, thanks to the many windmills still standing.

Ingredients: whole sea salt from Trapani (Sicily, Italy), flowers 6% (mallow, heather, marigold, cornflower, rose, poppy, orange, chamomile, lavender, pollen).
