Green tapenade with a silky consistency made from flavourful pieces of crushed green olives (Nocelara del Belice variety), capers, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
It is excellent as a pasta sauce or to accompany meat, vegetables, and cheese, but it is also great on bruschetta and canapés.
