Classic Duck Rillette
100% Duck rillettes. Ingredients: Duck meat confit, homemade duck stock, fine duck fat, salt, and pepper. Use and storage: Refrigerate for three hours before tasting. Serve cold or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Refrigerate for 3-6 days after opening. Serving suggestions: spread on a good baguette or serve with a cheese platter, with onion confit, fresh figs, candied cherries, and/or pears.
