This duck magret is cooked in a Montreal Smoked Meat style. Ready to enjoy, wisely seasoned.
Serving suggestion: Perfect to be served on a light rye bread with old-style mustard. It makes great toppings on warm salads, pizza, or even poutine!
Use and storage: Heat in the can, in a pot of simmering water for about 10 minutes. You can also empty the content of the can in a pot and bake at low heat.
Ingredients: Farm-raised whole Mulard duck magret, water, Guérande salt, spices (contain mustard), celery, smoke.
