Green tapenade with a silky consistency made from flavourful pieces of crushed green olives (Nocelara del Belice variety), capers, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.

Excellent as pasta sauce, or to accompany meat, vegetables, and cheese, but also great on bruschetta and canapés.
