Rincón de la Subbética EVOO
Rincón de la Subbética is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained in the first days of harvest from Hojiblanca olives. It is the most awarded oil in Spain's history, obtaining 300 awards since 2003.
Aroma: Very intense green fruitiness with citrus and fruity notes enhanced by herbal hints of thyme and mint.
Taste: green almond taste, slight bitterness, and medium intensity.
Use: As a finishing oil in salad dressing or as a drizzling finish on meats, vegetables, fruits and more. Do not heat finishing oils. Ideal for charcuterie, meats, salads, coffee, fish, and raw vegetables.
