Duck Spaghetti Sauce

Here is the 100 % duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce. Once more, this authentic recipe contains only homemade ingredients. Slowly cooked with homemade duck stock, this sauce will be one of the tastiest, more flavourful you have ever had taste.

Recommended accompaniments: Much like your favourite pasta dish, this sauce is to be sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.

Directions and storage: On the stove: Cover and heat at low heat for about 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients: Duck meat, tomatoes, duck stock, celery, onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, fine duck fat, parsley, garlic, Guérande salt flower, tomato paste, corn starch, sugar, baking soda, herbes de Provence, black pepper, spices.
