Au Pied de Cochon Old Style Maple Dijon Mustard

The pungent, crunchy mustard seeds and powerful aromas are subtly tempered by the sweetness of maple. This mustard can be used just like classic old-fashioned mustard: in a vinaigrette, served alongside meat or cheeses, in a sandwich, etc.
