Duck & Beer Rillette
100% Duck rillette
This version of rillette is deglazed with beer La Buteuse of the microbrewery Le Trou du Diable in Shawinigan, Québec.
Use and storage: Refrigerate for three hours before tasting. Serve cold or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Store for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Serving suggetion: Spread on a good baguette, or with a cheese platter, onion confit, fresh figs, candied cherries, and/or pears.
Ingredients: Duck meat confit, homemade duck stock, fine duck fat, salt, pepper, and beer.
