Celebrate Valentine's Day with your loved one, family, friends, or by yourself with our Petit cœur.

Limited quantities.  Available for pre-order until Friday, February 14, or in-store while quantities last.

A chocolate tart shell is filled with raspberry compote and levain brownie, then topped with coconut heart-shaped mousse, pineapple crémeux, and caramelized pineapple with rum layers at its heart.

Serve cool.  Take it out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving for ideal flavours.
