Favuzzi's Balsamic Rosemary Tofu
Ingredients:3 tbsp Favuzzi Essential Balsamic Vinegar
5 tbsp Favuzzi EVOO Prononcée
2 garlic cloves
1 rosemary spring
1 tsp cane sugar
1 pack of firm tofu
A pinch of Favuzzi's Fleur de sel
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, the extra virgin olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves, and the rosemary. Then, add the tofu and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven at 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the tofu, drizzle a bit more olive oil on top and bake it for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool down and it would be ready to serve.
Eat it as is or in salads.
